Food and drink sector left with a bad taste
Australia’s food and drinks sector was left with a bad taste during the financial crisis as lenders began turning off the finance tap to the manufacturing industry.
Much of the global financial crisis is now behind us, however finance still remains difficult to secure across the manufacturing sector and food and drink companies have been among those affected by the financial crisis and the drying up of the wholesale markets.
