You will need to:

Previous finance industry experience is not essential, however, you need a high level of commercial acumen along with an ability to demonstrate strong leadership and be accountable and responsible for achieving positive results.

In the short term you will be fully supported through on the job mentoring & induction, plus formal sales and finance industry training programs.

Earning potential is unlimited and is 100% commission based.
